Terms of Service

Convattic allows you to save, organize, and manage AI conversations from supported providers such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity.

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Convattic.

You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for all activity that occurs through your Convattic account.

You may use Convattic only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

You retain responsibility for the conversations, messages, tags, and other content you choose to save through Convattic.

You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and maintain the service for you.

Convattic may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.

You may cancel at any time. If you cancel a paid plan, access to paid features remains available until the end of your current billing period, unless stated otherwise by Lemon Squeezy or required by law.

Refunds are handled according to Lemon Squeezy's applicable refund policy and payment processes.

Convattic, including its software, branding, design, and related materials, is owned by Whiz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Convattic to you.

Convattic is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every third-party platform at all times.

Third-party AI platforms and providers may change their products, interfaces, or policies in ways that affect Convattic.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from your use of Convattic.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the service.

You may stop using Convattic at any time and may delete your account through the product settings where available.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the last-updated date on this page and may provide additional notice when appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
